First, a general description

The trade secret regime differs from the personal data regime. Before the transfer, agree on the purpose, required composition, access rights, transfer channel and contractual obligations, if necessary NDA.
Sensitive personal data
Health data, allergies and adverse reactions, genetic information and biometric identification data may require special legal grounds and protections. Also, do not transfer information about children, criminal records or other data with a special legal regime without consent. The list and requirements depend on the applicable legislation. An NDA in itself does not make the processing legal.
Minimization and depersonalization
Submit only necessary information to which you have the rights and legal grounds. Use aggregated or truly anonymized data whenever possible. Removing a name or replacing it with a code does not always eliminate the identification of a person; Pseudonymized information may remain personal data.
Secure transfer
Do not send passwords, verification codes, private keys, full bank card details or extra copies of ID documents. For approved materials, the transmission channel, recipients, protection measures, storage periods and procedures for disposal or return are determined in advance. Absolute transmission security is not guaranteed.
AI and external services
The transfer of sensitive materials to external AI services, translators, cloud storage providers or contractors requires prior approval of the admissibility and conditions, as well as the legal basis for the personal data. The composition of materials, recipients, restrictions on use, storage periods and applicable conditions for cross-border transfer are agreed upon. The site does not have an AI file upload feature.
If the material was sent incorrectly
Report the error to the agreed business contact, indicating the date and title of the material without reattaching it. The procedure for restricting access, deleting and further actions is determined taking into account the actual situation and applicable responsibilities. For a locally downloaded brief, delete the unnecessary file on your device.
