Nature of work
The services are of a research, analytical and consulting nature. Specific responsibilities are determined by the agreed assignment.
Basis of conclusions
Conclusions are formed on the basis of available sources, materials provided and explicitly stated assumptions. Significant data limitations and uncertainties are reflected in the results.
Scenarios and forecasts
Models, forecasts and scenarios evaluate the possible consequences of decisions. They do not guarantee future sales, profits, investments or other business results. The site's demo calculator uses conditional data.
Ingredients and products
Review of ingredients, publications, and product claims does not, in and of itself, demonstrate the safety, effectiveness, or suitability of the finished product for the intended market. The need for tests and profile conclusions is determined separately.
Using AI
For coordinated tasks, artificial intelligence tools can be used to search, organize and analyze information. They are not a substitute for testing significant findings. The conditions for processing confidential materials and the admissibility of transfer to external technological services are agreed upon before transfer.
Specialized services
Laboratory testing, certification, legal, medical and other regulated professional services are not included in the scope of the work, unless their performance by the appropriate contractor is specifically provided for in the contractual documents.
Use of results
The results are intended for the purpose and context of the assignment. Application to other products, markets or conditions may require additional evaluation.
Rights and responsibilities
The rights to use the results, transfer to third parties and the responsibility of the parties are determined by the contract, taking into account the mandatory requirements of the law. These restrictions do not relieve the contractor from the agreed obligations.
