Before your first inquiry

Use a business contact and a short task description without secret formulas or third-party personal data. Before sharing project materials, request the controller’s identity and applicable processing terms. Visiting the site or preparing a brief does not consent to marketing or sending materials to AI services.

Forms and email preparation

Name, email, company, region, service area and project description are handled in your browser. The site’s code does not send form fields to a server or store them in localStorage. You can download a brief or open a draft in your email app on the contact page. Only sending from that app transmits the email. Your browser and device control autofill and downloaded files.

Correspondence and purposes

A sent email includes your sender address, message and any materials you add. These are used to reply, assess the inquiry and discuss an order. The legal basis depends on applicable law and each participant’s role: contract preparation or performance, a legal duty or another permissible basis. Visiting this site does not consent to marketing, AI training or sensitive-data use.

Terms for your materials

The site does not retain form fields after reload or send them to its server. The dismissal preference remains in the browser for up to 180 days and contains no visitor identifier. If you send an email yourself, the selected mail provider stores it under its own terms. Project materials are accepted only after a separate retention period or criterion is agreed; after that period they are deleted or returned except where retention is legally required. Recipients, processing countries, safeguards and the legal basis for an international transfer must be disclosed before materials are shared.

Platform technical data

Loading the site involves network requests processed by the hosting and access platform, potentially including IP address, device information, logs and login cookies. This site’s panel does not control the platform’s cookies or logs. No advertising scripts in our code does not mean no data processing at the hosting layer.

Depending on applicable law, rights may include information and access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where relied upon. You retain the right to complain to the competent authority. Proportionate identity verification may be needed; do not send an identity document in your first email. Response times and exceptions follow applicable law.
