Cost
Prices marked “from” are starting guidelines for a limited amount of work. The final cost is determined after reviewing the task and is fixed in the proposal or contract. The settlement currency, applicable taxes, extra charges and agreed upon fees will be communicated prior to payment.
Prepayment
Preliminary consultations and pre-project diagnostics are paid 100% before work begins. The initial advance payment for research and consulting projects is at least 60% of the agreed cost. The remaining amount is paid before the start of the corresponding subsequent stage according to the agreed schedule. For individual projects, full prepayment may be required. Without the required payment, the next stage does not begin.
Payment instructions
Payment is made upon confirmation of acceptance of the order and receipt of the agreed payment instructions. Before payment, information about the recipient of funds and the conditions for fulfilling the payment obligation are provided. The site does not accept online payments.
Additional costs
Paid data sources, testing, translations and other external costs are paid only after prior approval. If advance financing is required, the relevant work is ordered after funds are received.
Postponement of consultation
The procedure for rescheduling and canceling a consultation, including the consequences of late cancellation or no-show, will be communicated prior to payment and included in the terms and conditions of the order.
Cancellation and final account
Notify the order contact in writing. The account must distinguish completed work, permissible agreed expenses and the remaining advance without double counting. An advance is not unconditionally non-refundable. Permitted deductions and refund timing follow the contract and mandatory law; special regional rules apply to consumers.
Impossibility of execution
If the contractor cannot begin or continue work, the customer is notified of this. The parties agree on an acceptable change in conditions or termination of the project and calculation of the return.
Mandatory rights
These conditions do not limit the rights of the customer, which cannot be excluded or limited by agreement of the parties. The agreement specifies the procedure and terms of return, taking into account applicable law.
