The reference is the mean of hourly-band midpoints from a small sample, or the midpoint of a published regional band, with the sector reference as a floor. This is an estimate, not a measured market mean. Named country proxies represent broad regions. Scope covers research and design; implementation is quoted separately. AI training is not offered. The same AI rate applies to consultations and additional stages for these tasks.

PricingIncluded in the fee
The fee includes management of the agreed scope, standard tools, validation and one clarification round. Correcting departures from the agreed brief is not charged again. Paid data, interviews, testing, specialists, travel, translation and software integrations require a separate approved budget before ordering. Additional stages are charged only when outside the agreed scope. Reused analysis is not billed twice. Diagnosis is a standalone deliverable; any credit towards a later project is agreed separately.
Payment by stage
Initial organisational screening is free and excludes expert advice. Consultations, written reviews and diagnosis require 100% advance payment. Small assignments up to the equivalent of USD 3,000 require 100%; projects use 60% before the first stage and 40% before the next, with 60/20/20 available for larger projects. Monthly support is paid 100% in advance for an agreed scope; external costs are funded before ordering. Each next stage starts after payment. Cancellation settlements account for work performed and agreed nonrecoverable expenses; unused advances are returned under the contract and applicable law.
