Individual consideration
All requests, including requests for preliminary consultations, undergo preliminary review. Submitting an application does not imply acceptance of the project, booking of time, or creation of an obligation to provide a service.
Evaluation information
Review of a request may require a description of the task, customer information, intended use of the result, target markets, expected time frames, and available source materials. At the initial stage, provide only the information necessary to understand the task. The transfer of confidential formulas, personal data of third parties and other sensitive materials is agreed upon in advance.
Acceptance criteria
The compliance of the task with the competencies of the performer is assessed; clarity of purpose and result; sufficiency, quality and legality of data use; realistic deadlines and budget; available resources; conflict of interest; legal and professional restrictions; ability to ensure proper quality.
Result of consideration
It may be proposed to accept the task, clarify the scope, paid pre-project diagnostics, change the deadlines, deferred consideration or refusal. Reasons for refusal may be communicated to the extent permitted by law, confidentiality and obligations to third parties.
Pre-selection and paid diagnostics
The initial review of an application determines the possibility of collaboration and does not include research, document review, or professional recommendations. If the assessment requires independent analytical work, paid diagnostics are offered. Its scope, cost and result are agreed upon before the start of work. Diagnostics do not guarantee acceptance of a subsequent project.
Consultations
Consultations are also subject to prior approval. Topic, format, duration, materials and cost are confirmed before invoicing.
Scope and boundaries
Before an order, the parties agree in writing on research questions, markets, products, sources, the data reference date, deliverables and exclusions. Paid diagnostic work is a separate service with its own deliverable and does not guarantee acceptance of the main project.
Contract and start of work
The contract is concluded in a manner expressly specified in the terms and conditions sent to the customer. The work begins after the assignment has been agreed upon, the contractual relationship has been formalized, the required advance payment and the necessary initial data have been received. Submitting an application, organizational correspondence or transfer of materials do not in themselves constitute grounds for starting work.
Responsibilities of the customer
The customer promptly provides the agreed materials, communicates significant restrictions and confirms the existence of rights and legal grounds for the transfer and use of information. Incomplete data or delay may lead to a revision of the timing and scope as agreed by the parties.
Changing the task
New issues, products, markets, data sources and deliverables outside the agreed assignment are considered scope changes. Their cost and timing are agreed upon separately before execution.
Delivery and comments
The contract sets delivery format, review period and the channel for comments. Comments relate to the agreed scope; confirmed nonconformities are corrected within it. This page alone does not make silence acceptance. New hypotheses, markets and calculations are agreed as additional work.
Disputes and liability
Report a concern to u.contact@atomicmail.io, identifying the order and the requested resolution. This does not restrict access to courts or regulators. Liability limits, suspension and termination are agreed in the contract; prohibited exclusions do not apply. This site does not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
