Your counterparty and documents
Before accepting a proposal or paying, you receive the provider’s identity, status, address, applicable registration details and payment recipient in the contract documents. Review them with the scope and payment instructions. Mandatory public and pre-processing disclosures follow their legal deadlines; a contract cannot remove those requirements.
Status of website materials
The catalogue, indicative prices and Research Lab models support discussion of a project. They are not an offer to contract on any terms a visitor selects. An inquiry, brief download or page visit does not accept an order, create an NDA or waive the client’s statutory rights.
Which terms apply
The contract records the parties, scope, price, law of a specific country or state, competent court or separately agreed arbitration, and document language. Individual terms take priority over general website information where legally permitted. Updating this site does not itself amend an existing contract.
