Russia · Legal terms & client relations
The Civil Code, 152-FZ and mandatory consumer rights.
Choose the region relevant to your order. Before contracting, agree the governing law, deliverables, payment and dispute process in light of your status and the parties’ places of business.
These are options for negotiating a contract, not four jurisdictions applying at once. Website language, currency and page selection do not choose governing law. Mandatory rules remain applicable regardless of the parties’ choice.
Contract and scope
A Russian-law project records the provider, client, scope, stages, price, evidence of expenses, acceptance and rights to results. Contract classification follows the actual work: consulting and research need not have the same legal treatment. Viewing this site does not accept a contract.
Information for your order
Review provider details and service terms before payment. Consumer orders require the information prescribed by Articles 8–10 of the Consumer Protection Law. Where 152-FZ applies, controller information and an accessible policy must be provided at the legally required time, not only when a contract is signed.
Advances and cancellation
For consumer orders, Article 32 of the Consumer Protection Law permits withdrawal subject to payment of the provider’s actual contract-related expenses. Article 782 of the Civil Code and the relationship’s nature also matter for paid services. This page creates no non-refundable advance or penalty merely for withdrawing.
Sharing and protecting data
Agree the data scope, purpose and lawful basis before sending materials. Where 152-FZ applies, Roskomnadzor notifications, localization when collecting Russian citizens’ data and international-transfer requirements must be addressed. Required consent is separate from other confirmed documents. For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal requests, contact u.contact@atomicmail.io.
