SE.05 / Accessible & Inclusive Beauty

Accessible & Inclusive Beauty

Can people confidently choose, open and use your product?

Accessibility is tested through actions: pressing a pump, reading a label, distinguishing products or completing a purchase. We investigate barriers across packaging and digital customer journeys.

Selected stage01 / User journey

Accessibility is tested through actions: pressing a pump, reading a label, distinguishing products or completing a purchase. We investigate barriers across packaging and digital customer journeys.

The connected stars follow the research logic. Light pulses represent information flow, not live project progress.

02 / What we examine

What we examine

01

Packaging

opening and pump force, one-hand use, cap geometry, dose control, tactile distinctions, contrast and legibility.

02

Digital experience

keyboard use, visible focus, screen readers, form labels, errors, checkout, motion, video and clear language.

03

User testing

real usage contexts, barrier severity, change priorities and re-testing of agreed improvements.

04

Four modules

inclusive packaging, accessible ecommerce, product usage and an improvement roadmap.

03 / What you receive

What you receive

An accessibility experience map connecting user context, action, barrier, severity, proposed change and a method for verifying improvement.

Illustrative research design

Study usage barriers. Medical diagnoses or other sensitive information are not requested without necessity and a suitable basis; participation and data-handling terms are agreed in advance.

Professional boundaries

WCAG 2.2 guides web-content review. European Accessibility Act applicability is assessed separately: requirements for certain ecommerce services do not automatically cover every cosmetic package.
